"Very good and helpful family owns this house"

"Very noisy. I can here everything from above. Water, talking, sex. I don’t like it. Also when someone cook at the kitchen all smells were in my room. But everything else very good."

"Friendly, family owned small hotel, fridge and kitchen clean, just like the rooms. Street parking, safe under CCTV. Fast Wifi. comfortable room."

"End of the road, so it is very quiet, but also up a steep and narrow road. Despite the location, staying there worked well because taxi services are very cheap and readily available. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to call one on an app."

"Немного сложное расположение. Я приехала ночью и не могла сориентироваться куда мне двигаться. Но хозяин забрал меня с проспекта, а потом днем я уже могла понять как добираться."

"Удобное местоположение, самая низкая цена в этом районе, приятные хозяева, шампунь, мыло для рук, кухня."

"Отсутствие интернета в самом номере, но это не было большой проблемой, на нижнем этаже всё работало прекрасно. Отсутствие балкона, который был в объявлении и пыль на шкафах."

"Приходилось в гору подниматься, но это особенности рельефа города. Ещё несколько собак уличных, как я поняла (но с бирками в ушках) любили под утро немного полаять, хотя это было не критично."

"Very nice experience. You stay in a very spacious 3 bedroomed house adjacent to the owners property. Its about a 20 min walk to the main tourist area. The host is a very nice chap and his son will play you piano recitals in the eveninngs!"

"Georgy is a very hospitable owner, we were a little delayed due to a traffic jam on the highway from Tbilisi, but he waited for us on site without any problems, helped those tired from the road to figure out how to park, explained everything and was always in touch. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, there is almost everything for a comfortable stay. We were especially happy with the presence of a washing machine and a clothes dryer. With departure, everything was also great: Georgy arrived at the agreed time and opened the entrance so that we could load our suitcases right from the door into the car."

The owner was a real gentleman: he arrived right on time with the keys, helped us with our luggage, and ensured that all the kitchen facilities were perfectly in order.
