"The service was excellent, the host provides a transfer to/from the beach, and supboards with a very good price for rent. The location is very special, birds and brooks around, the beautiful sea and mountain views, good cafe nearby. Rooms were very clean and fresh, with all needed in the kitchen zone. My best recommendation for the families and groups"

"our stay was perfect, the property is located in a very picturesque area. the room was very spacious and clean, all the necessary appliances were available in the kitchenette. there is a terrace at the top floor of the building with a magnificent view of the sea. the host Sulkhan was very kind and helpful, he offered transfer to and from the seaside twice a day free of charge, and also gifted us a bottle of homemade wine. i highly recommend staying at Royal House 😊"

"I really loved our time at Royal House Kvariati. The location was amazing, our host was extremely friendly, and checking in/out was very convenient! Everything was as advertised and the price was more than fair for the value of the rental. The rooftop was my favorite, such great views and the lights/furniture is a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot!"

"It wasn’t much of an issue but one bathroom smelled a bit of mold, we learned that this is pretty normal during our travels in Georgia and compared to other places we’ve stayed it wasn’t as strong of a smell. One other thing to keep in mind is getting to the house is a bit of a bumpy/uphill drive. I would consider a taxi or making sure whoever is behind the wheel is a confident driver. Most cars can make it up however but there are a few places where if another car is coming someone might have to reverse until there is space."

"Цена-качество отличное, на горе, в тишине, море видно с балкона, дорога бетонная, транзит заехал без проблем, большая парковка и прекрасные номера, есть все удобства. Перестирали все вещи, чайник, микроволновка, газовая плита. И до пляжа недалеко."
