The host, Khatia, is the kindest and sweetest person in the world. The location of the hotel is great, and the wifi and hot water all work perfectly. "I had a lovely time staying at Sunflower Hotel. It was everything I needed - good price, really calm, quiet, comfortable and comfortable bed, clean, the owner Khatia was really helpful and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I really liked the location too - a short walk to great parts of the city. The garden is really nice too. All in all I loved it here and would definitely recommend it to others."

"Good communication with the hosts, funny courtyard, typicall for Tbilisi. It's about 10 min. walk from the metro Station Marjanischwili but the taxi driver had difficulties finding it. So make the driver use navigation (some of them are reluctant to do that for unknown reasons)."

"I had a fantastic stay at New Gudauri Atrium Ski and Dream Apartments and couldn’t fault it. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable ski holiday. The balcony and mountain views were a real highlight, especially after a day on the slopes. The location is excellent – right in New Gudauri, with easy access to the lifts, ski rental, restaurants, and shops. It made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. The building itself is well maintained, warm, and quiet, with lift access and good security. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in/check-out were straightforward. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. Overall, a high-quality apartment in a prime location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gudauri for skiing or a mountain break."
