Boasting breathtaking views of the volcano and Aegean Sea from its spacious terrace, Grand View is built on the edge of the Caldera Cliff, close to Megalochori Village. It features an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Decorated in soft pastel colours, each of the guestrooms are fitted with a wrought iron bed. Air conditioning, a fridge and a cable TV with international news channels are standard. Some offer a sea-view balcony. Guests can unwind on the sunbeds surrounding the pool, while gazing out onto the sea and sipping on a coffee or refreshing drink from the pool bar. Each morning a buffet breakfast can be enjoyed. Grand View is within a short walking distance from traditional restaurants and local wineries in the village centre. The popular black beaches and the famous red beach are a 5-minute drive away, while the picturesque town of Fira is a 7-minute drive.

"Wow. Amazing location with incredible views. We stayed in Room 8 and we for sun up in the am and round mover the caldera later in the day, sunset in the evening. Not sure there is a better view from this beautiful end of the island. Staff we all amazing - Nikki and Sofia could not have been more helpful hosts, but all the bar staffs (thanks chaps) chefs, cleaners, and the brilliant drivers were just the best."
"Don’t expect top cuisine here - it’s filling and functional - but is not set out to be a top end restaurant or the like. Many great places to eat close by in lovely Megalochori and beyond, and staff will advise."

"Not much we didn’t like. Meals onsite were a little pricey but a village to eat in many different restaurants was only a 7 minute walk away. It was a bit of a drive to Fira and quite a drive to Oia but we liked staying in a peaceful place with less crowds right beside the heart of Santorini."
