"This place was really nice, quiet, and comfortable to stay at. Stores are not too far from where the place is and a gas station is close by. The apartment nearly had everything needed inside for any individual, group of friends, business travelers, or families to have a comfortable stay. It was nice to know that there is hot water, wifi, and a coin laundry/dryer available on site. Staff were nice and helpful during our time of stay too. They were either available in person or through text messaging. Lastly, checking in and checking out was really easy. I wouldn't mind coming back to stay here again along with my family."

"Amazing location, big house plenty of room for our family, pool was such fun for the kids. Could not have been a more Fun trip and this place was a big reason why.. right next to Tumon all the restaurants and our favorite beach Ypao.. will stay here again if we come back!"

"There was no staff on-site, so we had to call when we arrived to find out how to unlock the front door. was worried because the phone went to voicemail for about 5 minutes, but after that there were no problems. For some reason I was upgraded to a nice room with a jacuzzi bathtub. The kitchen was stocked with almost all seasonings except sugar. There was a Payless supermarket about 5 minutes away by car, which was convenient. Since it was a detached house, we didn't meet anyone and it was quiet and comfortable."
