"Amazing location right on the beach, quiet surroundings yet not too far away from shops, restaurants and the city center. The house was spacious and clean with A.C., a fan and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge. Mr. Dagobert was very kind and welcoming, he also picked us up from the station. Thank you, it was a really nice stay!"

Keep in mind the accomodation is very basic and I think some renovations could be done, for instance our room didn’t have mosquito nets.

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

Motorcycle and cycle parking could find you blocked in if car users are inconsiderate. Benefit from parked foot print on floor. Don't park in this area. Notice saying you pay 5 euros extra in room per night if air conditioner used. Not pleasant.

"Everything: location, interior design, hospitality, cleanliness, the fact that there is a private gated parking for the guests! I felt like visiting someone’s house, not a hotel, it was so cozy and calm. I will definitely stay there again in the future!"

"Cette maison d'hôtes est charmante. J'ai été à l'aise....comme à la maison. Le jardin est paisible. J'ai apprécié le calme et le personnel qui était au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. J'ai apprécié aussi la proposition d'un chauffeur depuis l'aéroport compris dans le tarif. Il y a un super marché à 300m bien pratique."

"The scenery is peaceful and restful. The loft was impecably clean and cozy. Jean's recommendations on Hue were spot on. On top of that, I really welcomed the experience of being part of the household's routine, it was really nice to be able to share a meal and play with the kids. It's a little bit far from town, but nothing that a Grab can't resolve it. The overall experience makes up for it. I wish Tam Tinh Vien the very best!"

"The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom was old but the hot water worked well. There was a fridge. Overall a decent stay."

The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. It feels a bit out of town but only a short drive away.

"I have stayed in Happy Garden for a week. Colin and his Parents are absolutely wonderful: welcoming, warm, going an extra mile to help and support. The place is located in great spot - walking distance from Seoul Tower and the metro station. Also, the shops plus affordable bars with excellent local food are very close. "위치가 좋으면서도 가성비가 있는 숙소입니다. 저는 일본 전통 다다미방에서 묵었는데, 한국인들에게는 침대방을 추천해드립니다. 일하는 스탭 여자분이 친절합니다. 주변의 맛집, 선셋 포인트 등을 상세하게 알려주어서 감사했습니다. 주차는 별도의 요금을 받는 것 같습니다. 저는 바이크를 빌려서 다녔기 때문에 별도의 요금없이 주차할 수 있었습니다. 공용 주방도 사용하기에 불편함이 없었습니다. 주변에 저녁 식사를 할만한 이자카야, 식당들이 도보로 이동할 수 있는 거리입니다."

시설은 그리 좋은 편이 아닙니다. 주택을 개조한 게스트하우스인데, 주택이 낡은 편입니다. 고급스러움이나 편안함을 추구하는 분에게는 추천드리지 않습니다. 하지만 가성비만큼은 보장합니다.

개선점이라기 보다는 위치가 혼자찾아가기엔 너무 어려워요. 저는 다행히 안내해주실 분이 계셔서 잘 갔는데 혼자선 힘들었을듯...
