"I really enjoyed my stay at Casaroro Residence. The accommodation is located in a mountainous region surrounded by nature. It's very quiet, no traffic noise. Waterfalls and hiking trails are nearby. The room is well equipped. Large double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Aircon is super silent. There's a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with hot shower and outside you can sit on a veranda which is protected by mosquito nets and there's also a barbecue area outside. The internet connection is stable and quite fast, for entertainment there's flat screen TV with Netflix and even a Playstation4. For this budget this is one of the best places i ever stayed. I can absolutely recommend this place!"

"Incredible location near the beach and close to the shop. Beautiful large garden and extremely well equipped kitchen. And we loved the cat and the dogs and chickens in the garden. Lots of towels were a real luxury. Lovely comfy beds 😀 and very handy having the top loading washing machine. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday place and was much bigger than we expected from the photos and description on Booking.com"

A sign to the villa would have been really helpful and check in instructions before arriving. The safe didn't work and It needs a lock on the bathroom door please 🙂 Wifi and air con would be amazing, we appreciate its expensive and wifi is elusive on the island. Maybe more fans would help in the absence of air con . The TV didn't work unfortunately even on one channel. A paddle board would have been incredible!

"We arrived at the private park in the camp, then the owner of the camp received us and gave us a nice welcome. He took us to the camp and then showed us a 4-hour tour, which was beautiful. The camp was very beautiful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it."

"L’emplacement idéal entre la Baie Orientale et Grand-Case, l’îlot Pinel en face et tout cela dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée. L’appartement est idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule. Tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin est à disposition."

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"Lovely rustic hut. It’s perfect if you prefer something out of the way. Very peaceful and beautiful views. Due to the snow there was no car access, that was ok with us, but something to consider, short walk to the hut was pretty steep. Very wintery conditions and lots of snow was particularly charming."

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."

It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays.

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"The best house we booked ever . Reckon the best in Batumi area. Exceptional location , magnificent view, botanical garden.And very welcoming hosts, house owners . "Place was great, tidy, and in a great location"

Extra fees from booking.com. this was the only real drawback. There were something like $150 in extra fees.

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

"Great place. The flat is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Two terraces, the opportunity to eat breakfast with a beautiful view is priceless. The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. "Lovely place to stay, comfortable with everything you need, including a variety of teas and some coffee plus milk which is nice if you have not been shopping. quiet area which felt safe. Can walk into town in about 30 minutes . Best thing though was how incredibly helpful the owner and her cousin nia were. Nia helped us with everything we needed including getting our ferry tickets, finding a taxi and getting from the airport. This was so helpful for us and ensured we had a smooth stay."

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!
