"Staff were really helpful and kind, helping us find the Gare Routiere and sending the location of the hotel itself. Ziguinchor is a small town anyway but everything was in walking distance. Very quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money"

"I had a room that had a private door leading to a little terrace which was nice. The inn is also located in a quiet residential area so it felt cozy and relaxing."

A bit of a walk to central Torshavn, but doable if you're capable.

We were just abit surprised in the beginning that it was a shared house....so maybe just a clearer description online

Not really any downside about the accommodation. A car is needed as you cant really walk from there into town, but there is on-site parking and taxi services.

"The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the TV worked well for relaxing in the evenings. The bed was fine and would consider returning."

Some noise from other guests at night did affect the stay a little. Still, overall a pleasant experience...

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

"This is an excellent small guesthouse and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and Bahir Dar is one of the most beautiful cities in Africa. The hosts, Ashenafi and Habtamu, showed us around and made us feel very welcome."

This is a new guesthouse and they are still getting all the facitilties that a western tourist would expect, but everything important was there including shower, cooking facilities, chairs and tables in the patio and a barbeque!

"My stay at this guest house was absolutely fantastic! The host was excellent, very kind, and provided a lot of detailed advice before my trip, which was incredibly helpful. Staying in a whole house was great! The location allowed me to spend very quiet and comfortable nights. It was conveniently situated close to the coastal road and within easy walking distance. When I travel to Tonga again, I will definitely choose to stay here! Highly recommend."

"Felex, Asinja and the kids were so welcoming! They cook delicious food with local produce. Felex is always up for a chat and coordinating a wonderful community project in the village. It’s a simple room but basic amenities, but a truly unique experience."

"Mama MIREKA highly recommend. She is such a beautiful host. House is immaculate yards are very tidy. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. I wish you nothing but the best. I hope anyone that books your house respects and appreciates you and your beautiful whare/ house that you work hard to maintain. Google Maps has the precise location, but perhaps some signage at the property would be helpful as well. Saying that most people would be arriving by taxi if flying into Bissau so the taxi driver would know where to go.

"Hosts were super friendly, very helpful and kind. Silvio gave me a ride back to airport when I arrived and needed to pick up my partner (we traveled separately there). The house and the room were nice and clean, huge fridge and well equipped kitchen for the guests to use. Netflix with guest account in the room was a nice extra. Big terrace with sunbeds. The location itself was lovely, locals were friendly and helpful as well. Airport is very close, 40 mins walk or 6 mins with the car."

I know it's not the hosts fault, because there was an issue with the pool due the construction works in the neighborhood the time we're staying there and we couldn't use it. Would have been nice, because the pool itself is pretty big.

The room was small but you get what you pay for
