"버스와 전철 트램을 이용하기에 편리하여 숙소에서 관광명소로 투어하기에 매우 훌륭한 위치를 갖고 있어서 넘넘 좋겠습니다. 호텔 프론트에서 안내하시는 직원의 친절한 응대에 기분이 좋아졌습니다. 다음 여행시에도 이 호텔에서 여행을 시작해야겠다는 마음이 들었습니다."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

The room size

"It is clear that the hotel has recently undergone renovation. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire hotel area is lovely, set within a lush tropical garden that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely sufficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from."

The price of the hotel feels quite overpriced in my opinion; however, considering that this is the Seychelles, it is somewhat expected.

The WiFi does not work!

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"위치가 공항이랑 가깝고 셔틀버스도 운행하고 있어 접근성이 좋습니다. 퉁청역까지도 셔틀을 운영하고 있어서 쇼핑과 저녁 등 아울렛에서 시간 보내기가 용이합니다. 청결하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 침대도 푹신하고 로비에 바도 있어 이용하기 편리합니다."

위치 상 다소 자동차와 오토바이 소음이 있음. 둘째 날은 좀 더웠는데 에어콘이 작동하지 않아 조금 더웠음. (늦은 밤이어서 프론트에 연락하지 않았음)

옆방 소음 및 윗층 나무바닥 걷는 소리에 잠을 깰 정도였던점. 샤워기 및 세면대 온수와 냉수를 각각 조절해야 하는 뒤처진 설비.

"The most cozy hotel in Tbilisi! Location is perfect - old historic street of Tbilisi, rooms are warm, hospitality is on the highest level, feels like home! Absolutely recommend :)"

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

The hot water in the shower was very unpredictable. The room is not suitable for work as no dedicated table to work on a laptop

"위치가 좋습니다. 기자와 시내의 중간 정도에 있어 양쪽을 다니기 어렵지 않습니다. 근처에 좋은 식당이나 카페도 많습니다. 직원분들이 친절히 응대해주셔서 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다. 굉장히 균형 잡힌 숙소입니다."

시설이 조금 낡아 5성 수준은 아니었습니다. 하지만 이용에는 전혀 어려움이 없었습니다.

"아침식사는 먹고 싶었으나 일정이 빠듯해서 먹지 못 해 아쉬웠습니다. 2026년에도 알마티 갈 일이 있을 때는 꼭 조식을 먹어보고 싶네요. 그리고 객실 자체가 굉장히 커서 답답한 걸 싫어하는 저에게는 아주 좋았습니다."

시설이랑 위치 모두 저의 기준에서는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 금요일 저녁에 도로가에서 나는 소음이 좀 심해서 잠을 설쳤네요. 그리고 객실 내 카페트가 좀 더러웠습니다. 얼룩이 좀 오래된 것 같았는데 관리가 좀 안 되어 보였습니다.

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."
