"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"Beautiful small resort, felt like a private home. The manager and staff were excellent. Food cooked at the resort was exquisite. Service provided was of high quality. Great help with booking boat excursions."

Lovely property but needs a little refurbishing. More for the Island’s government to consider: The Island could have better (and cleaner) walking paths between all the resorts, beaches and the Village.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

라운지 메뉴가 좀 아쉬웠다. 토요일 손님이 많을 때는 음식이 부족하기도 하였다. 라운지 음식이 좀 더 다양했으면 한다

"카사네행 Kasane 버스 매표소와 출발지가 도보 1분. 5분 거리에 쇼핑몰. 쇼핑몰 안에 갤럭시 환전소와 대형마트. 시설은 낡았으나 최근에 천정 도색을 한듯. 샤워부스에서 물이 샘. 직원들은 친절하고 최서을 다함"

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

길가 방을 배정받으면 창문을 열어두면 차 소리가 시끄러워요. 그리고 구글맵에 위치가 잘못 저장되어 있어서 처음에 찾아갈 때 좀 헤매었습니다..
