"만4세 여아 동반한 가족여행으로 가족 모두가 편안하고 만족스럽게 잘 다녀왔어요! 직원들도 친절하고, 밤 11시 체크인 했는데 문제 없었습니다! 숙소내부 동선이 편리하고 최근에 리모델링한듯 깨끗! 리조트가 넓어서 이동할 때 산책을 겸할 수 있었고, 부대시설도 수영장도 깔끔해요! 아침식사는 무난한 편입니다! 재방문 의사 있어요!"

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

The security guards - why do they have to stand with a name list at the gate?

다만 방을 들어가면 움직일 공간이 거의 없고 큰 침대가 전부입니다. 짐을 펼치기엔 공간이 협소합니다.

"본관 건물이 아닌 길건너 다른 건물이었는데 객실 크기가 넓고 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 된 호텔이다. 위치가 센트럴역에서 두정거장 떨어진 곳인데 미술관들 산책겸 걸어다니기 좋고, 조용한 동네라서 관광지가 아닌 현지인들처럼 지내기에 좋다. 근교로 기차 이용할 때 크고 복잡한 센트럴역 보다 zuid역을 이용하면 작은 역이라 환승 이동거리 짧아서 편했어요."

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Next time we would go for the new building. The old part is a little bit outdated.

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

라운지 메뉴가 좀 아쉬웠다. 토요일 손님이 많을 때는 음식이 부족하기도 하였다. 라운지 음식이 좀 더 다양했으면 한다

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.
