"카사네행 Kasane 버스 매표소와 출발지가 도보 1분. 5분 거리에 쇼핑몰. 쇼핑몰 안에 갤럭시 환전소와 대형마트. 시설은 낡았으나 최근에 천정 도색을 한듯. 샤워부스에서 물이 샘. 직원들은 친절하고 최서을 다함"

식당이 어둡고 살짝 냄새가 남.

라운지 메뉴가 좀 아쉬웠다. 토요일 손님이 많을 때는 음식이 부족하기도 하였다. 라운지 음식이 좀 더 다양했으면 한다

"Fantastic place for Family. Oasis of calm and peace and beautiful places reachable by bike foot or car. Great hosts. Big surroundings and a lot of area. Mushroom picking, fishing, wonderful lakes nearby. Great value for money for sure. Recommend"

Shaky internet and the rooms abit small for the pricing.

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"제네바역과 매우 가까움. 주변 인프라가 매우 좋다. 방은 깨끗하고 조용했으며, 욕실도 청결했다. 방이 조금 늦게 준비될 수 있으나, 체크인 시간과 크게 차이나지 않는다. 리셉션 직원이 매우 친절."

세탁 서비스는 평일에만 가능.

"시설도 룸서비스도 모두 좋았습니다 마지막날에는 비행시간이 조금 떴었는데 무료로 방하나를 그냥 쓰라고까지 해주셨어요 정말 친절하고 좋아요"

The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"본관 건물이 아닌 길건너 다른 건물이었는데 객실 크기가 넓고 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 된 호텔이다. 위치가 센트럴역에서 두정거장 떨어진 곳인데 미술관들 산책겸 걸어다니기 좋고, 조용한 동네라서 관광지가 아닌 현지인들처럼 지내기에 좋다. 근교로 기차 이용할 때 크고 복잡한 센트럴역 보다 zuid역을 이용하면 작은 역이라 환승 이동거리 짧아서 편했어요."

The fact I did not have remote for the gate to open the gate, had to rely on a car horn.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

the only thing that bothered me was the poor soundproofing, I could hear our neighbors.

"1)위치가 대로변이고, 주차가 다른 호텔에 비해서 좋고, 2)리셉션 직원의 친절도가 고객의 눈 높이에 맞춰 주어서아주 좋았습니다. 3)Room 은 큰편은 아니지만 혼자 쓰기에 편안했고, 4)식당 메뉴도 좋았읍니다. 5)3스타의 호텔이지만 다른 4스타에 비해 개인 취향으로는 더 좋다고 느꼈슴."

예전에는 Check-in시 카드로 임시로 일정 금액 Deposit하고, Check out시 현지 화폐로 결제하며, Deposit했던 액수를 Cancel처리했었는데, 예약일자를 선 결제하라고 조건이 바뀌어서 당황 했으며, 우선 보유중인 현금으로 일부 결제하는 조건으로 조정해 주어서 서로 이해한 부분이나 이전처럼 Deposit 처리 방식을 해 주면 좋겠네요!

"Yang is a very responsible and helpful manager. He runs a magnificent hotel, feeling of a plantation house. Rooms are spacious and confortable with superb breakfast every morning."
