"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

La chambre était trop petite pour un couple.

"The family room was small, but had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the drink prices were reasonable. The best choice in the area. Evening village life is a separate show, unfortunately we couldn't find any entertainment nearby. And the wealthier residents instead gathered at our place of stay."

The first night we had trouble sleeping because at 3AM all the villagers started making noise (roosters, dogs, cats, turkeys, goats, sheep) but by the second and third we were already used to the village sounds.

I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "Отель новый, все как на фото и в описании, туалетные принадлежности есть (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка) , имеются халаты и тапочки, чайник и чашки."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.
