"직원들이 친절하였고 시설도 좋았다. 특히 수영장과 헬스장이 좋고 친절하였다. 조식도 다양하고 마음에 들었다"

라운지 메뉴가 좀 아쉬웠다. 토요일 손님이 많을 때는 음식이 부족하기도 하였다. 라운지 음식이 좀 더 다양했으면 한다

"Breakfast was excellent. Location is also very good. Transportation to attractions very convenient. Ruin of St. Paul and senado square etc. is walkable distance."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"본관 건물이 아닌 길건너 다른 건물이었는데 객실 크기가 넓고 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 된 호텔이다. 위치가 센트럴역에서 두정거장 떨어진 곳인데 미술관들 산책겸 걸어다니기 좋고, 조용한 동네라서 관광지가 아닌 현지인들처럼 지내기에 좋다. 근교로 기차 이용할 때 크고 복잡한 센트럴역 보다 zuid역을 이용하면 작은 역이라 환승 이동거리 짧아서 편했어요."

"Location is great, and rooms are nice and bed is good. Only the bathroom was old fashioned in the old rooms."

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

Clean and tidy and a great swimming pool , great food and cold beer.

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"Yang is a very responsible and helpful manager. He runs a magnificent hotel, feeling of a plantation house. Rooms are spacious and confortable with superb breakfast every morning."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr schwach.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

"산마리노로 가기 좋은 숙소입니다. 숙소에 레스토랑이 있는데 정말 맛있어요."

"위치가 좋습니다. 기자와 시내의 중간 정도에 있어 양쪽을 다니기 어렵지 않습니다. 근처에 좋은 식당이나 카페도 많습니다. 직원분들이 친절히 응대해주셔서 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다. 굉장히 균형 잡힌 숙소입니다."

시설이 조금 낡아 5성 수준은 아니었습니다. 하지만 이용에는 전혀 어려움이 없었습니다.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

I paid $2000.00 for a 2 day stay, for 5 people. Not even a bottle of water for the short stay only to buy it at the gift shop down stairs $9.00 a bottle. Then they ask you before you check out to remove the bed linens from each bed, put used dishes in the dishwasher and run it,also take out the trash. I SAID NO WAY.

길가 방을 배정받으면 창문을 열어두면 차 소리가 시끄러워요. 그리고 구글맵에 위치가 잘못 저장되어 있어서 처음에 찾아갈 때 좀 헤매었습니다..

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"
