"메인 광장에서 걸어서 5분 정도 거리라서 관광 다니기에 위치가 아주 좋아요. 직원분들도 매우 친절하고, 깔끔하고 침구도 편안합니다. 조식도 종류가 다양하고 맛있어요."

길가 방을 배정받으면 창문을 열어두면 차 소리가 시끄러워요. 그리고 구글맵에 위치가 잘못 저장되어 있어서 처음에 찾아갈 때 좀 헤매었습니다..

위치 상 다소 자동차와 오토바이 소음이 있음. 둘째 날은 좀 더웠는데 에어콘이 작동하지 않아 조금 더웠음. (늦은 밤이어서 프론트에 연락하지 않았음)

"아침식사는 먹고 싶었으나 일정이 빠듯해서 먹지 못 해 아쉬웠습니다. 2026년에도 알마티 갈 일이 있을 때는 꼭 조식을 먹어보고 싶네요. 그리고 객실 자체가 굉장히 커서 답답한 걸 싫어하는 저에게는 아주 좋았습니다."

시설이랑 위치 모두 저의 기준에서는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 금요일 저녁에 도로가에서 나는 소음이 좀 심해서 잠을 설쳤네요. 그리고 객실 내 카페트가 좀 더러웠습니다. 얼룩이 좀 오래된 것 같았는데 관리가 좀 안 되어 보였습니다.
