"The terrace at the appartment is really nice; this is the biggest asset of the appartment. Seaview, south oriented, sun and shade all day long. The view is magnificent. The old town just 5 mins walking."

"The fabulous terrace with a great view over the harbour area. The apartment is in a great location - very convenient for all of Split including the park area. The apartment was modern , clean and nicely decorated - not huge, but big enough. Pet friendly. George met us to give us the keys - he was very helpful advising us where to park and bring extra bedding etc. The air conditioning was bliss!"

"The kitchen was not the well equipped but it was good enough given we just had breakfast in and ate out the rest of the time."

"A localização é inacreditável! Fica pertinho do calçadão principal ( RIVA), mas longe o suficiente para ser tranquila e silenciosa. O anfitrião George fez tudo para nos sentirmos bem. A varanda é um charme. Perfeita para um vinho à noite."

"We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Rosa. The apartment was very comfortable, with high ceilings and fantastic furnishings. The spacious terrace offered stunning views of the sea and the surrounding olive grove — truly a perfect place to relax. The garden was beautiful and well maintained. We appreciated also labeled parking for each apartment. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!"

"Good location, bus stop very near if you want to head to the old town. No parking but next to the apartment there is a small parking lot zone 3. Room was comfy with a kitchen and bed was good. No view from our room but a little terrace to enjoy your coffee."
