"We are repeat visitors here which speaks volumes & for two reasons, firstly the lovely Mrs Lukin who manages the property, is available & on-hand to answer any queries you might have & secondly the location, so convenient for the local beaches- Maestrala & Borik & also the Old Town, be it on foot or using the very reliable local buses"

"Very nice place with beautiful surroundig. Good cleaning needed, because it was a bit messy. New cooking tools also needed, because it was difficult to conviniently cook meals."

"The place is very beautiful, I loved the two balcony. It is not far from the city center. I also liked the possibility of paying directly during the stay. Also Vila Lipa accepts cancellations, this flexibility is a plus (and rare) among the many options to stay"
"I only missed an extra bed for my kid. We booked according to the Booking recommendation and requested a place for the kid prior to the arrival, but we had to share the bed, not a big deal."

"The shower leaked all the way to the kitchen one night, I think it wasn't properly sealed. Some details could be added, such as dish soap, more pillows, a non-stick pan, cooking oil, the towels could use an upgrade. But these were just small things."
