"The location is perfect, and the host was very helpful. I checked in earlier, but he was very nice and facilitated the early check-in. He also shared valuable tips for food and sightseeing. I highly recommend this place and would love to rent it again."

"Fabulous location within the old city on the central flat section so no stairs to navigate. Walking distance to everywhere making it very easy to slip back and forth to the apartment many times during the day if we wanted. Apartment was very relaxing, really enjoyed the outside. courtyard. We had no issue with noise from the restaurant as the front windows blocked out any street sounds."

"Unfortunately neither of the two sinks had plugs which made it a little difficult to wash dishes and clothes. Also a sharp bread knife would have been an appreciated addition."

"The location was great, right in the centre of Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartment was small, but quite enough was my daughter and I. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. We would definitely stay there again"

"The host was really lovely in meeting me and particularly helpful in providing in writing, recommendations of things to do, places to see and eateries. Was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. No noise issues. Location was in flat land which can be rare in the Old Town with easy access to main street, shops, restaurants and port."

"Outstanding location. Right in the middle of the old town. Very quiet, despite being above a restaurant. Very good quality bed, shower, kitchen. Easy checkin with very good communication."

"A fair bit of effort has been put into the courtyard area but we didn't use it, primarily because of the smell and noise from the restaurants kitchen exhaust fan, although the external noise and smell didn't make their way inside."

"I've been going to Dalmatia since I was a child, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most pleasant places I've ever stayed. Seget itself is a somewhat quieter place in high season. And now, the most important thing – the hosts and their home. They are wonderful and hospitable people who know exactly how to run such a place. They are caring and committed to their work, and above all, they care about ensuring that guests feel rested and cared for. The house is old, but very well-maintained and clean (it has a great atmosphere and a perfect location), with a discreet swimming pool (there's even a separate bathroom next to the pool), which lacks nothing; it's a place where you can truly relax. And then there's that calming view of the bay and marina! We thank Gina and Petar for their hospitality and wholeheartedly recommend their home and their hospitality – you won't be disappointed."

"I recently spent some time at Villa Maria and can genuinely recommend the experience. Here are a few highlights: • There’s a great pizzeria and burger spot just a short walk from the villa, perfect for a casual meal. • The villa is really close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever you like. • The host was both welcoming and friendly. We even had the chance to meet during a local boćanje match, which added a special touch to our stay. • Getting to the old city was convenient and budget-friendly, with an Uber ride costing around 5€. For something different, you can also take a boat taxi for 5€ per person. I highly recommend the location, especially for those looking to relax by the beach and enjoy good local food in a friendly atmosphere."
