Located in the coastal town of Makarska, Villa Neda is set in a quiet location, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. It features free Wi-Fi, free parking and a garden with a barbecue. A pebbly beach is 300 metres away. All accommodation units are fitted with air-conditioning, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Private bathroom provides a shower and free toiletries, while all units also feature a balcony. The nearby beach features sports facilities, as well as restaurants and bars. The centre can be reached in a short walk along the seaside promenade. Excursions and day trips to Dubrovnik, Hvar Island and Split can be arranged in the centre. Nature Park Biokovo offers numerous hiking opportunities. A bus station can be found in the city centre, while Split Airport is located 70 km away. Airport shuttle service is available against a surcharge.

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Neda. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking sea view — we enjoyed spending time there every day. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and the center of Makarska. Parking was convenient, and everything was very well organized. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we would be happy to return!"

"Wonderful apartments on a quiet street in Makarska. There are shops and bakeries nearby. The sea is easily reached on foot in 8-10 minutes. The road from the beach goes up a little bit, but the slope is small. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker. You can cook your own food, there are all the necessary utensils. The apartment is very clean. The owners (Tomislav and his wife Źeljana) help to solve any issue. On the first day Tomislav showed us the best places to visit on the map. His recommendations were super."

"친절한 사장님 덕에 들어갈 때부터 기분이 좋았다. 방은 혼자쓰기에 부족함이 없고 옷장이 큼직해 가방, 옷을 보관하기에 좋으며 발코니에 나가 조용한 동네 분위기 속에서 휴식을 취하면 끝내주게 좋은 느낌을 받을 수 있었다. 가끔씩 지나가는 기차 또한 보는 재미가 있었다. 화장실 겸 샤워실도 공용이긴 하나 관리가 잘 되는 편이라 편히 이용할 수 있었다. 걸어서 조금 가면 마트도 있어서 유용하다. 버스정류장에서 트램타고 이동하면 비교적 편안히 이동 가능하다. 무엇보다도 이 조용한 마을 분위기가 정말 마음에 들었다"

I would say too small for even 1 person to live in long term comfortably, but plenty to enjoy a few days in Zagreb. Great location around the corner from the center of town with desirable shops, parks, restaurants. I would definitely book it again when I visit Zagreb again. Easy self check in. Cash payment was a plus for me."
