"They got things very wrong on the 1st night but they went above and beyond to put things right from then on I was impressed to see they were already trying to find out how it happened when I went down to reception the next morning"
"Our ferry was delayed by 7 hours so I phoned to say we were going to be late arriving the message wasn’t given to late shift we checked in very late given our keys my son and granddaughter went in theirs and someone was already in the room my son was on crutches he then had to go up 2 flights on stairs with luggage and him and his daughter had to share a double bed for that night."
