"Kids club and all facilities for families"
"Swimming pool was too cold and soft play area could have been cleaned better as there was a well used smell in it."

"Some of the customers"
"The lovely big room, the activities and entertainment. It was a nice surprise to have live music on in the bar in the evening and we loved the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. It was warm, clean and the staff were lovely. Just great all round for adults, families and children. Usually for me hotels are just a base, but I could easily have spent my whole stay in the hotel! I'd definitely stay here again"
"Not really a negative but a mini fridge would be handy to keep water and milk cool, but I totally get why there's not one there."
"Staff were amazing...room was so comfy"
"Long trek to the room definitely will bk a room on the first floor next time"
"Adored the bed. Have said would stay again if returning to the area"
"There was an exit door near their room that would not allow access with key card as it was broken on one side. A large sign on the door would be useful"
"Great staff. Very helpful"
"It’s way too big."
