"Room was clean. Hotel was very presentable. Breakfast and dinner on the night we arrived was genuinely really nice. Staff were lovely and for the first time in staying there, we will definitely be returning again."

"Nice location, extremely clean, bright & spacious, the landing areas outside the lift on each floor were decorated exquisitely. Felicity at reception was a joy to deal with but the star of the show for us was Victoria in the restaurant. Very pleasant, personable, funny stories, kept us entertained and remembered things we had mentioned & referenced back to them later in the night, exceptional customer service skills and our recommendation for Employee of the year."
