"The room was clean and had lots space and storage. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful but not at all intrusive. There was consistent hot water in the bathroom. There is an elevator."
"The location isn’t great if you don’t have transport. The nearest significant grocery shop is a 20 minute walk down the main road. Also some things which were on the listing were not in the room, such as a fridge. We also had to ask for a kettle (which was promptly provided)."

"The hotel is located at a distance of about 600m from baba petrol pump. You can get auto/ bus easily to any location in the city. The hotel itself is situated on the main road but it is not noisy at all. The hotel is clean, rooms are big, bathrooms are clean and there is no smell. The rooms exceed expectations. They have an in house veg restaurant."
"The wifi user id expired during my stay. I could have contacted reception to get another user id but i did not. They should not have user ids linked to the duration of the stay of the user. Food also needs some improvement. I order baigan masala but the brinjals were raw and not cooked properly."

"As a vegetarian, I found the food options for breakfast and meals to be very good. The hotel is located close to the railway station and the main bus stand, so that way it is very conveniently accessible. The staff were also cooperative and helpful."

"Hotel Girnar is located in the business area of Aurangabad, near Himalaya Bus ticket office (6-minute walk) and a short 10-min tuk tuk ride or 30-min walk to the central market. My room was spacious and came with a view to an unremarkable courtyard (but that wasn’t an issue for me). The ceiling fan did the trick for my winter stay. Mothballs were used as ‘air freshener’ - but again, this would be quite common across the country. Cleanliness is important for me, and it must be mentioned here that the room was spotless. What made this hotel stand out was the courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism of every staff member. They went an extra mile to accommodate my little requests, and did so with a smile. What a little gem of a hotel! I would definitely stay here again."
