"Property was in a not so busy place in Manali and just a couple minutes of drive away from Mall Road; that’s why it’s a perfect place to stay. Hotel has indoor activities for kids and a little garden. Rooms are well maintained and the mountain view was divine. The staff were cordial and very accommodating. From the receptionist to the breakfast crew during our morning buffets. Chef had always dropped by our table during breakfast to make sure we have everything we need, talk about making us feel at home. Had to do our laundry and Sir, who has been our housekeeper in 2nd floor has been very helpful- he made sure we have our clothes ready that same night. Our porter, Sir Vijay also had helped us alot with our bags and making sure everything is safe. Shout out to uncle in security too, making sure car is safe and always had a bright smile greeting us each time we passed by. Will sure to be back in Sterling when we travel back to Manali again."

"A wonderfully preserved and superbly maintained property that steps you back in time and helps you reimagine the Chettiars way of life and trade. I simply loved it. The house tour, the banana leaf lunch on arrival and the evening meal were outstanding. The staff and management were tremendously kind to us when we had a medical emergency that could have been very serious. The assistance and kindness they gave us was greatly appreciated. Many many thanks. We will certainly return and highly recommend a heritage stay such as this to all our friends and family. Fabulous mansion so lovingly and emphatically maintained!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼."
