"Good communication, clear instructions for key collection, etc. Cleaned well. Very good location near city centre. Spacious room, excellent internet connection. Comfortable bed, good heating control (radiator valves), good facilities (kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc.), adequate wardrobe/shelf space for clothes etc."
"Shower head didn't fit properly and was always falling off it's bracket, furniture was a bit cheap and flimsy (but adequate), no sofa or other "soft" seating, no curtain over one of the windows (just the blackout blind, which didn't keep all the light out), window and door frames needed re-painting."

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth.
