Engimyri Lodge

"숙소가 청결하고 직원이 친절했음. 숙소 밖에 노천욕을 할 수 있는 자쿠지가 있음.(공용임) 조식도 괜찮은 편이었음. 객실이 넓고 침대가 편안함."

"전자렌지를 사용할 수는 있으나 직원이 사용하는 공간(주방) 안으로 들어가야 해서 사용하기 불편함. 전자렌지를 사용하려면 직원이 동행해야 하는 상황."

"Beautiful location with extremely comfortable beds. Host was graciously accommodating and helpful considering our late check in."

"Great staff, the breakfast was amazing."

"Slightly strange smell in room."

"Clean, spacious room."

"It was too noisy. We got room with a private bathroom but since there are rooms with shared bathroom, I guess people would go in the middle of the night."

"Everything is good, clean, good breakfast."

"No. Only the Frost Guesthouse ,at Staðarflöt, 531 Hvammstangi, Iceland, is not good. On July 17th, none of us were able to successfully check into the rooms. We called many times but no one answered, and we sent multiple emails with no reply. We also emailed Booking.com for assistance but received no response. We requested a full refund of all the room payments but still got no reply. We stayed in the lobby until morning when a cleaner started work. We asked them to give us the rooms, but they said they didn’t know anything. When we asked them to contact the owner, they said they didn’t know either and were only responsible for cleaning. Another couple of guests experienced the same situation that day—they were also unable to check in. They called the police, and the police came to understand the situation. However, since there was no way to contact the landlord, the police could not help us gain access to the rooms. We now request a full refund for all five rooms."

"Good breakfast provided, service staff were very friendly and helpful, attended to very quickly"

"The address listed on Booking.com will direct you to a different location half an hour away, you have to use GPS coordinates or specifically search for Engimýri Lodge on Google Maps"
