Warm and cozy This was the second time we stayed here.but we had to leave after just one night because of bad weather so we had to go on Saturday so we wouldn’t be stuck here because of our kids. It would have been nice if you had offered to pay us back one night. We paid for two nights and only stayed one night."

"We were on a skiing brake and the location was perfect as the hotel is situated between the town and the slopes. The access for ski storage was good, rooms are spacious, and the view over the fjord beautiful."

"There was no on site reception or service, and all communication was handled through a call center, which was not always fully aware of information that would have been easy to answer on site. No breakfast is served during the winter, and the call center was not aware that there is easy access to the breakfast area, where it is possible to sit down and eat your own food. In the end, everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and there was nothing to be unhappy about."
