"Room with sea view. I had the chance to be there alone so everything was quite. Old but functional."

"A bit cold outside the room and the bathroom. The access is bumpy and slow , the road is not in good conditions."

"Kitchen equipment could have been a little better. Felt a little weird to share the bungalow with a couple I didn't know, but I think mainly because they could not speak a word Englisch, which made any communication quite difficult. The bedroom was hard to heat."

"Unexpectedly, we had a 3-room cottage for just 2 of us. For us, it has been perfect. It's hard to imagine 8 people staying there. Good for a night stay."

"Poor lighting in the bathroom, no hot water for hand washing, shower was ok. The bathroom and kitchen are very small. Sitting space in the kitchen for just 2 people. The non-stick frying pan had teflon layer peeling of the surface, total garbage. Electric stove had only 1 burner working. Bed is ok, but you have to make it yourself!"

"We were in a little house opposite of the hostel. Three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Close to hvitsker. Nice walk down to the beach and the rock."

"This is a very nice hostel in the countryside, nicely secluded, set in delightful atmosphere and nature, very clean and pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped. I can definitely recommend it. I will be back there ;)"

"We had the whole villa to ourselves which made a change from being in hotels. It had a lovely seating area inside with big patio style windows overlooking the harbour so you could relax and watch the birds. There was an outdoor decked area too with a picnic table. Our host provided some milk and nice things for breakfast. There was no key handover - when we rang the host she said the door would be unlocked."

"여행하면서 ‘한번쯤 현지인의 실제 사는 집에 들어가보고싶다’고 생각했는데, 진짜 살고 있는 집 같은 생활감과 편안함이 있는 그런 장소였습니다. 숙박업을 위한 세련되고 정갈하게 세팅된 느낌도 좋지만, 이 숙소의 자연스러움과 편안한 느낌이 정말 좋았어요. 아기자기하지만 있을건 다 있는 야무지게 차려놓으신 조식도 부족함 없었어요! 호스트분께 정말 감사 인사 하고싶었지만, 나쁜 영어실력과 부끄러움으로 인해 마음을 전달하지 못해 여기서라도 전해봅니다. 이번 여행중 가장 기억에 남는 장소중 하나였습니다. 감사합니다~"

"We had the family room which was dual aspect with 2 spacious bedrooms separated by a large well appointed bathroom. The shower was excellent with Bayliss & Harding toiletries.The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillow and everything was spotlessly clean. There was a television in both rooms and a good selection of tea and coffee in one room. Our bedroom had a lovely view of the landmark church. The breakfast was excellent; a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, yoghurts and cereals plus a lovely fresh bread, jiuces and tea and coffee. The staff were vey helpful and friendly and supplied an ice bucket with flutes when my husband surprised me with some champagne for my birthday. Location was excellent."

"I cant imagine better location in downtown Reykjavik. This apartment is literally smack in the middle, walking distance to everything. Well setup apartment, has everything you need from washing to cooking. Would definitely stay there. The windows in the living room with the view towards the see and the mountain are very nice."
