"It was warm since I had the control of the heater and whenever I had a problem with something I could just ask the staff at the reception and they would help immediately (even if they didn’t understand properly). Whenever I returned to my room, it was tidied up, which was really nice to come home to."
"The room didn’t look like either one of the pictures which startled me a bit at first I must say but after settling in for a while I got used to it quickly and it was still worth the price! I‘m not sure if this is common in italy but I was also a little shocked by how the blankets weren’t in a sheet but the blankets were just spread over a clean sheet - would be nice to mention it in the discription maybe but it didn’t change anything for my stay."
