"주택이 오래되긴 했지만 아주 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었고, 사장님이 직접 운영하고 있어서 아주 친절했음. 매일 아침 조식은 매우 간단했지만 꼭 필요한 메뉴 위주로 구성되어 있었고, 사장님이 매일 즉석에서 만들어주는 토스트와 커피가 맛이 있었음. 최신식 호텔 처럼 화려하진 않았지만 진짜 베네치아를 경험하고 싶다면 강력추천. 위치도 매우 좋아서 기차역과 주요 관광지 중간이며 부라노, 무라노섬에 가는 선착장까지 걸어서 10분 정도로 가까움"
"건물이 오래되어서 그런지 우리가 머문 방의 문이 잠금 장치를 하지않으면 완전히 닫히지 않음. 이부분은 방문 손잡이를 수리가 필요하면 개선될듯."

"A cozy, historic house within walking distance of all the main attractions. A very kind and welcoming host — he showed us everything, explained everything clearly, and even allowed us to leave our luggage until the evening after check-out. Clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast (cereals, croissants, hot toast, yogurts, jams, cookies, tea/coffee, and a selection of cheese and cold cuts)."

"The place is located in the city center, but it is still quiet. It's an authentic, 300 years+ old building just on the side of a canal with a small bridge near by. The room and bathroom are really spacious and clean. The owner is very communicative and kind. Breakfast is excellent, for adults, and kids as well."
