"From the moment we walked in, the receptionists treated us like old friends. Not in that rehearsed hospitality way—actually warm. The room itself? Gorgeous. That perfect blend of modern and cozy where you actually want to hang out, not just sleep. But honestly, it’s the people that made this place special. The breakfast team noticed my daughter loved omelette and made sure there was waiting for her the next morning. Little things. But they add up to something that feels rare these days."

"Beautiful hotel, very traditional and quite rustic. The rooms are all built into the old buildings and each one is unique. We were there as part of a wedding group but did eat in the on site restaurant the first night which was excellent. Their own wine is gorgeous and very good value for money. Excellent choice at breakfast and staff very welcoming. Pool was great and plenty of sunbeds and shady spots. Lovely grounds. Would definitely return. Easy to get cold drinks and snacks either from the pool bar or onsite vending machines."

"Hotel La Roccia is located right in the Marina and on the waterfront. Older style hotel with a few modern additions. Excellent location and views with access to beach chairs/beach club. Room was very spacious and quite basic but good value for money. Staff were always helpful. Walking distance to great swimming spots, cafes and restaurants. You walk to the old hill top town in about 20 minutes or take the tourist train for the uphill walk."
