"A whole flat with a comfy bed, top floor, basic bathroom, no aircon (the mayor apparently needs to approve it first on eco grounds) but a fan. A big fridge and a kitchen, if we wanted to cook something, which we did not. Free parking. WiFi. Lift."

"The gelateria opposite the hotel closed for "ragioni famigliari" just when we wanted to have a coffee and a grappa after returning from dinner. Nothing to do with the hotel though.."

"The room was small but very cozy and spotless, with great attention to detail. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming – she genuinely cared about us, explained everything clearly, and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The accommodation is in a great location – just about a 10-minute walk from the city center and around 15 minutes on foot from the city beach. It was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely love to come back"

The lady who looked after our room did an excellent job and was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. "The photos don’t do justice to this place. In fact it’s very spacious and bright, bed and couch are really comfortable. There is a balcony where you can dry washed clothes if needed. There is a bathroom is also very spacious. The place is extremely quiet and feels like home. It was spotless. Mario and his wife are wonderful hosts indeed. Can’t recommend enough!"
