Located on the top of a reef, Hotel Cincotta offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby islands. It has a large sun terrace and a salt-water swimming pool with hydromassage jets. This Aeolian-style hotel features typical white exterior and interior walls. Its public spaces boast traditional Mediterranean decoration with wooden furniture. On sunny days, buffet breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The on-site restaurant serves local and national cuisine. The rooms are simply furnished. All air-conditioned, they offer a satellite flat-screen TV, a minibar, and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Each has a private terrace with sun loungers and views of the sea, the garden or Panarea island. The Cincotta Hotel is 100 metres from the port of Panarea, which connects the island with Milazzo, Messina and Palermo. The hotel provides free luggage transport to and from the port.

"The location is perfect, overlooking the harbour with sea views. Easy access to everything in the small town, in fact, in the heart of everything. The gardens and flowers in the communal areas are beautiful! The pool is very clean and well managed by the pool man."

"We were told that the tap water was not drinkable. There was bottled water in the mini bar but no price list for this so I was surprised to be charged for the water I drank at an expensive rate. I travel a lot and am used to being provided with complimentary bottled water where the tap water cannot be drunk. It was a surprise on the last day when a mini bar price list suddenly appeared in the room… No coffee or tea facilities in the room"

"Everything was so wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was divine - you have one of the best views in Panarea - from sitting on the deck in the sun for breakfast, to lazing by the pool in the afternoon, and a nice sundowner spritz back on the deck - it’s all fantastic. Such great value for such a prized location. The balcony in the room was so lovely, and spacious. Room was spacious and had everything you need."
