"I called to ask if it was possible to check-in any earlier than 2pm. The receptionist said she'd call me back in 10 minutes. An hour later I called back and she said I could speak with the owner. I was told to come at 3pm. I arrived at 2:20pm to have a drink at the bar.I asked what time the reception would be open, but they misunderstood, thinking I was wanting to book a room, not realising it was me.I was allowed in my room. The receptionist didn't say "no" I didn't insist?. After falling asleep, I asked to have some food at 10:25pm. But was refused... Restaurant closes at 11pm and pizzeria 12pm according to Google. Nowhere open, luckily I had my car to drive a few miles, but ended up having to eat peanuts. I missed breakfast as I slept in, so can't comment. If you can't get your rooms done by 2pm, change it to 3om on booking.com so customers can make an informed decision. Very early church bells. No coffee machine or kettle in the room. Limited parking in evening as the restaurant gets busy."
"The hotel is conveniently located on the Munich-Venice hiking route. The receptionist was very friendly and could even speak German. The room was large. The food at the restaurant was good."
"There were two narrow beds in the room. When I lifted the bedspread on the right-hand bed, I saw dark mould stains. Perhaps moisture had collected under the bedspread, which hadn't been changed for a long time? There were also small black stains on a cloth napkin in the restaurant."
