"Considering the hotel was quiet expensive, Parking was not included, extra €10 per day, spa on the top of the hotel for extra €100 for a couple hours which is a joke. Lots of ants in the room, was told „ that’s nature „ and nothing can be done ;) very small room, our daughter was sleeping on tiny sofa bed. Apparently we got an upgrade , so can’t imagine what the other rooms look like."

"the reception staff at the hotel where we were directed, relatively surly; when I made the reservation it said that there was a parking lot. At the new location, I opted to park the car at the hotel parking lot and only after I parked did I find out that it is far away, that I only have access with an escort. In other words, paying and having conditional access to one's property is inhuman and unnatural."

"The staff was very helpful, and friendly and was unexpectedly speaking amazing German (not necessary, but for some travelers a good bonus). The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. The rooms are clean and look brand new. The toiletries are wonderful and they even offer a small array of things in a minibar."

"The room size of a Standart double could be too small for some guests - but it is exactly how it is described online. And when the streets at night are full of people you have some noise - which could be a problem for some guests."
