"Room was basic but spacious, clean and functional (luxury🤔??). The owner was friendly and helpful. The room is kept at around 20 degrees which was fine, if you want extra heating it’s €10 per day. Plenty of free parking around the house. Breakfast is included at cafe 1 minute walk away and was great for us- cream filled croissant and excellent espresso. Location is great for walking in to Tarquinia for the Etruscan museum and avoiding the ZTL traffic limitations/fines. Look it up before you drive in Italy. Excellent Chinese restaurant - Rotunda opposite the property and large supermarket behind it."

"Room was very large and comfortable with nice artistic and homely touches. Bathroom was a little small and awkward but attractive. Surrounding old town was worth walking to the accomodation and would have liked to stay longer to appreciate the history but we had only booked one night in this town to be near the start of our cruise in the Port one station away on the next day."
"Communication was rather distant and hurried partly due to our phone difficulties and lack of Ubers/Taxis to the property so had a long hot walk with a drink in the middle thus arriving later than expected. Breakfast was disappointing as I thought on the premises but were given a voucher and not very clear instructions which nearby cafe to use it in, Very basic cake and coffee once we found the cafe."

"Il titolare (c'è anche scritto sul sito)ci aveva avvisato che la camera è coibentata e che la temperatura interna è tra i 18/20 gradi consiglio cmq di pagare in aggiunta il servizio dell'aria condizionata soprattutto se si hanno bambini.per il resto tutto perfetto"
"La limpieza impecable, la cama, el desayuno incluido en una cafetería al lado, la amabilidad de dejarme entrar en la habitación antes de la hora del check-in (necesitaba dejar mi equipaje para visitar más cómodamente la ciudad), las instrucciones claras y útiles. Accesible a pié al centro histórico en diez minutos."
