"The location was perfect right in the heart of the old city centre (wasat-albalad), nothing compares to it anywhere in the world, brimming with life and activity. The hotel staff were brilliant and accommodated our requests. The room was clean, spacious and our room came with a clean private toilet and shower, sofa, TV, heating via remote...and a lovely sitting area outside. The reception desk is manned at all times so if you need any special requests there's someone on hand to help. The clientele are also not the rowdy type and the hotel is peaceful and quiet. (Also, I forgot to hand in the key to room (503) LOL I'll hand it back when I stay in the hotel next time, Insha'Allah.)"

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was used for heating, which worked well enough. The staff were friendly and helpful,"

"The bathroom was spacious; however, there was no curtain on the bathtub, so water splashed everywhere while showering. The toilet seat was also broken. Additionally, the elevator was not working, which may be inconvenient—especially for guests who have difficulty using the stairs. For transportation, I used both Uber and Booking.com taxi services; Uber was slightly more affordable than Booking.com."

If i go back to Jordan, there's no way to stay at any other hotel even if they offer me a free stay. I love this 🏨 🛏"
