Noticed he defame his other Yellow taxi drivers which I rate very unethical and non professional. I would like if the Ibis direction would guide him to treat customers and his colleagues in a more respectful manner. It's also for the other customer feedback and Ibis reputation which I personally rate excellent. I appreciate your feedback in this matter. Thank you"
