"Sincerely I was approached by the hotel taxi lead who has an office just inside the hotel. He always asked me for a drive service but insisting while I. Told him no need for a taxi. I. Noticed he defame his other Yellow taxi drivers which I rate very unethical and non professional. I would like if the Ibis direction would guide him to treat customers and his colleagues in a more respectful manner.
