"An ironing machine in each room would be great, considering it’s a 5 star hotel. Also, the AC wasn’t really cooling much, rather just drying the air out. We didn’t mention this because it was just one night there. Everything else was amazing."

"An oasis of tranquility where cascades of hot spring water pour from the cliff directly in basins acting as swimming pools. Beware! It could give you skin burns. The lush vegetation is strongly contrasting with the surroundings you go through in your way towards the spot. Don't miss to see the southern panoramic road towards the Dead Sea."

"The facility is lovely, but the room was a bit worn, although I hear renovations are coming in the Spring. As a westerner, it was a bit uncomfortable in the hot springs and pool as all the women were completely covered. I was not very prepared for this."

"It's a great place to stay: the hotel is situated in the middle of the beautiful nature park. There are two waterfalls: from some rooms you can see them both. The personnel are very attentive. The food is great: so many options, all tastes very good. I could only recommend this hotel. It is pricey, but it is worth it."
