"An excellent experience in every aspect at Shepherd Hotel. From the moment of arrival, the reception was warm and professional, and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service was fast and exceeded expectations. The location is great and convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, showing a clear attention to guest comfort. A truly wonderful stay and definitely worth repeating."

"The room was very cozy and had everything I needed. Good internet. They changed towels, cleaned on request, and brought everything I needed. When I was left alone due to the events in the Middle East, they helped me with everything and provided moral support. I felt right at home in a dacha. The sea is nearby, and there's a diving club and snorkeling facilities. You'll be provided with all the necessary equipment."
