"1. 1층은 주방, 2층 숙박인데 올라가는 계단이 가파름. 아이나 노인들은 조심해야 할듯 2. 1인당 수건 1개 제공, 추가 안됨. 저는 땀 많이 흘려서 저녁/아침 2번은 씻어야 하고 젖은 수건 쓰긴 싫은데 추가는 안됩니다. 숙소에서도 사서 쓰라고 했고, 마트에서 수건 사서 썼습니다."

"Everything was good two big living room and one fully kitchen. And the door is open by code so you can access the door by anytime without key. The equipment in kitchen was super great! They got oven, microwave, 2 electric stove( one is not fixed on the wall) and lots of the dishes and stuff."

"The house is gorgeous: a very elegant and classy traditional japanese house. The accomodation was very comfrotable, very easy to reach from the train station and very close to nice restaurants and to the convenience store (24h). Staff very kind ad everything well organized."

"為了一早起來到商店街拍照選擇ZAWA(超級近)，非常大的公寓式旅館~超級喜歡！浴室鏡子很大。 當天晚上還使用了廚房，自己煮了一餐，未來有機會再來到河口湖商店街住宿，會毫不猶豫選擇ZAWA！"

"Logement propre, très spacieux et très bien équipé, idéalement situé à quelques pas de la station de train"
"Il faisait très froid dans la salle de bains ( pas de chauffage) et dans la grande chambre tatamis ( malgré la mise en route du chauffage). Le manque de confort des futons et oreillers ( comparés à d'autres logements que nous avons fait) , nous avons malheureusement assez mal dormi Le bruit des voitures qui passaient jusque tard dans la nuit, lié à une absence d'insonorisation du logement."
