Hemingways Watamu

"Location was perfect"

"Food service at lunch was very slow taking up to 1.5 hours to get food once ordered"

"Excellently run establishment in great area."

"Small comments to improve. Buffet dinner hot dishes could be kept warmer for later diners. A Tipping box to leave a gratuity for all staff rather than individual donations."

"That sea fascinating view is to worth dying for, the place is right over the sea, and you have all the facilities over the sea (resto, cafe, pools,...etc) Staff were SO friendly, food is 100/10 specially the seafood platter"

"The property is beachfront and very beautiful. It is well accessible and maintained. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, always clean and turn down services offered. The amenities within the hotel make your stay comfortable, from the swimming pools, gym, spa, restaurant and boutique. Make sure to try the chicken wings, they are to die for. The staff are very polite and helpful. I was very grateful for being allowed late check out on one of the rooms as we had a late flight."

"Only thing was having to leave at the end of the vacation."

"The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were exceptionally well furnished. The meals were delicious, and the restaurant offered incredible views. The staff were so friendly and professional. Collins, Ramson, Janet, and the rest of the team including the excursion staff who I'd recommend highly as were patient and took time even when I got unwell. They all went above and beyond for my husband and I."
