"I booked this last-minute just before midnight, but everything worked out and I was accommodated without problems. The personnel was very nice, they let me pay in the morning and borrowed me a charger since I lost mine. The breakfast was nice."

"The place around the hotel seemed a bit dodgy. The bank terminal they had didn't accept NFC payments and I didn't have physical cards so I had to go get some cash in an ATM in the morning - that said, the hotel provided me a supervisor to accompany me to the bank."
