"Our family absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! What we liked most was the combination of its modern amenities and great location. The apartment is very modern and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities we needed for a longer stay, such as a washing machine, air conditioning, and a TV. These were essential for us as a family and made our trip so much easier. The location is also fantastic. We were within walking distance of several well-known restaurants like Navat, Faiza, and Alatoo, which we loved for their delicious local cuisines. There were also many convenient stores nearby and the GUM shopping mall was just across the street, which was incredibly handy. Finally, the owner was a wonderful and welcoming person who went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We highly recommend this apartment!"

"I liked everything! When I arrived, I was met by very friendly and nice girls, they showed me everything. A new house and apartment, there is construction in the yard - but there was no noise at all. The apartment is cozy, spacious, has everything for living - air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, blackout curtains + cozy balcony. In the house itself and in the house opposite - many coffee shops, pharmacies, groceries - everything you might need. An excellent cafeteria is 5 minutes away. The area is quiet, the center is within walking distance. I highly recommend it, and next time I would come here again."

"12階建ての最上階。とても広い。60m²くらいあります。新しいアパートの一室ですので当然きれい。西日が当たるので午後から暑くなりますが、クーラーがしっかり2台あります。 オーナーとはWhatsAppでやり取りしましたが、まめに返信しれくれます。鍵の受け渡しもスムーズでした。 このアパートの建物と向いの建物の一階に食物屋やスーパーがあります。 オシュバザールは歩いて15-20分。微妙に遠いですが、途中半分くらいは植樹のある公園なので問題ありません。博物館などのあるエリアも歩いて30分程度ですが、このアパートから6-7分南に歩くと大通りがあり、そこからバスで行けます。詳しくはYENDEXマップ参照。ここのバスは乗り込む際に運転手に現金を渡せばいいので簡単です。"
