"술레이만투가 가까워서 예약한 곳. 시내는 1km 정도 걸어갈 만했다. 모든 방이 1층이라 편했다 직원들이 너무 친절했다 아파트 개조한 숙소인데 침대 편안함 트윈룸은 좀 좁았다고..."

"The hotel is modern, and had great facilities. Our room and the communal areas were very clean. The staff were very kind to my husband and me. I highly recommend Level hotel for your stay in Osh."

"Good location, fairly near to the city centre and less than 100 m from the access to Suleiman Mountain. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable bedding (maybe a bit too soft!) and staff working at the reception all around the clock. Rooms are secured by an electronic lock. The rooms have a small fridge, pen and paper, a collection of magazines. The bathroom has a nice shower, with different options. Bodywash and shampoo are included, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Abundance of towels. Plugs are located in convenient spots around the room. Also, the laundry service is quite cheap (coming at around $ 3 for up to 5 kg)."

"I do not have much to say. The beds are clearly comfortable and of high quality but, being heavier, I prefer hard mattresses. But I cannot really complain, to be honest. Everything else was good."

"It is a great hotel. Our room, though, was directly off the reception and we could hear everything, including the cleaning lady's TV shows and the front desk phone ringing, which woke me up several times in the night. The room, however, was very clean and had all the amenities. The staff also was very helpful. I'd definitely stay there again, but hopefully in a room with less noise."
