"We liked everything, there is a well fitted out kitchen on the 2nd floor including an espresso machine. Out of 100's of hotels we have stayed in over 50 plus years of travel the manager Mr Sungho Son was the best, kindest and most informative manager we have ever had dealings with, highly recommended would definitely stay again. 😊 Thanks."

"We had a fantastic stay at Queens Hotel Busan. The location is excellent—close to public transport, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, making it very convenient for exploring Busan. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the room felt quiet and relaxing despite being in a lively area. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. For the price, Queens Hotel offers great value, comfort, and convenience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Busan, especially first-time visitors who want to be close to everything."

"Hotel conceirge was very helpful in giving directions for my trips in the town. Amenities in the room were very good with a good supply of toileteries to water, chocolate snack, Ramyeon and coffee, tea readily available. I didnt lack for anything including a face mask."
