"로비에서 안내하시는 분이 뭔가 친절하지 않았습니다 분명히 성인 3명에 10세 아동 한명이라고 하고 예약했는데, 10세는 성인으로 해야했다며... 추가요금 3만원 더 내고 방을 바꿨습니다 한국인이 아니었나 싶습니다 로비에 앉아있는데, 제 이름을 크게 말하면서 직원들끼리 이야기하는 것도 불쾌했습니다 로비에 모기가 있어서 물렸는데 방역은 필요할 것 같습니다"
"카페트가 아닌 마루바닥으로 되어있어 청소상태가 잘 보여요! 좀 더 쾌적하게 느껴지구요! 3박 4일 제가 예약한 방에 묵을 때는 그러지 않았는데, 일행의 방은 청소가 살짝 덜 되었는지, 머리카락 뭉치가 보이더라구요. 이 점 제외하고는 모두 좋았어요."

"특가로 2인 1박에 14만원 수준으로 묵었어요. 내국인에게 명동이 여행스팟은 아니지만, 이곳저곳 이동하는데 불편함이 없는 위치여서, 괜찮은 위치에 가성비 좋은 호텔에 묵게되어 좋았어요. 오래된 호텔이지만 내부는 깨끗합니다. 화장실이나 샤워커튼 등에서 꿉꿉한 냄새도 나지 않구요. 호텔 입구앞에 지상주차 5~6대 정도 가능합니다. 이중주차 되어있어도 파킹해주시는 분이 계셔서, 주차에 불편함은 없었어요. 무엇보다도 역에서 가깝지만 번화가 중심에 위치하지 않아 조용해서 좋았습니다."
"어메니티가 최소한으로 구성되어 있어요. 샴푸, 바디워시, 비누, 면봉, 샤워캡 5가지만 있으니, 필요한 물품은 미리 챙겨오시길. 물론 인근에 다이소랑 편의점이 있어서 구매하는데 불편은 없습니다."

"I’m surprised that they refused to provide an extra blanket upon request. The three of us are staying in a room with one double bed and one single bed. When I asked for an additional blanket, one staff member simply said they couldn’t provide one, while another said they didn’t have any available."
"Perfect location - walking distance from Namsam Park and on the doorstep of Myeongdong station where most Seoul tours pick up. Main shopping district immediately across the street. Spacious room, clean rooms, lots of bottled water provided. Cleaners always friendly. Secure quiet key cards. Warm rooms, comfy bed"
"Only one light in the room has a switch, and the bathroom light does. You can turn off one light if you fully unplug it, but the other one is behind a fixed table so the only way to turn it off is to fully remove the key card in the wall. When you do that the blue light of the key card holder flashes all night."
"Hotel location is very near to Myeongdong Station and many eateries nearby. The room is always clean and the housekeeping team are very responsive in cleaning the room."
"Breakfast spread is very minimal. It would be great if they could provide more varieties. The yogurt drink were left on the table open air, not even place in a bowl of ice to keep it chill."
