"위치가 좋음. 주변 커피점및 음식점 많아요, 별로라는 후기가 좀있어 살짝 걱정했는데, 생각보다 괜찮았고 , 편하게 있다가 갑니다!! 감사합니다."

"Not a single thing! Foreign tourist, DO NOT rent this place! Owner is a fraud renting out this place to foreigners only knowing the Korean law will protect him from any offences. Police cannot do anything as it’s a civil matter which the victim would need to take him to the Korean civil court for the fraud. Obviously foreign tourists would not be able to do that, and the owner knows he will get away with it."

"What’s advertised was another better unit the owner has at same building. The unit rented out to us was not pictured, hence this is a fraud and scam by the owner. Serious health safety issues. Molds growing everywhere in the bathroom. Lowe height ceiling would add to the grossness and your head will hit the ceiling! Broken fixtures, no place to put the shower head. Rusted fixture and towel rails. No toiletries prepared - we had to go to the shops middle of the night to get our own supplies. No kettle as advertised. Filthy as hell, rubbish and dirt under the bed, microwave is in cleaned from previous use, fridge had stains and food scrums. This owner basically just wants money and gives us a piece of hell. And another thing is that the heating doesn’t work which the owner pretends it does. We froze one the first night and had to vacate the next morning to alternate accommodation I found. Booked for 6 nights and requested for refund due to the grossness and false advertising but owner started getting cranky with threats for blackmail and reported us to immigration! What a joker this owner. There’s more photos to show but limited to 4."

"The room has black mold and mildew in the washing machine room, infested with spiders, and dirty rags left in the sink. Mold in the bathroom, too. Really sticks to the no refund policy, even with the mold present. Washing machine and dryer aren't connected to water or power. It's a health hazard to stay here"

"There were lots of bugs around, the bathroom looked like it was getting renovated with tape on the back of the door, there was mold on the ceiling inside the bathroom, and there was no place to put the shower head in so you had to use one hand to constantly hold it up while showering."

"Fast reply from owner. We got rejected when we first requested for early check in. However, when we landed Seoul and remind the owner of our stay, he allowed us to checked-in early. Very thankful for that. Apartment was clean and well organised. Train station were a distance away from the apartment and the location of the apartment is far from main city. Won't recommend if you are not in into walking."

"The toilet has no steps you almost need some small steps or a mini ladder, a small person or older person would find it difficult to climb into, with no support to get out as there is nothing to hold onto and the floor is not reachable, it is very small and has no room to move, again inside the bathroom/toilet, a tall person almost bangs head upon the ceiling, there is no sink. Noisy occupants upstairs as we were placed in a basement. Which we had no idea, the picture was deceiving. ( toilet/bathroom)"
