"I had a fantastic stay at the Altyn apartment in Astana. The place was very clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need – from water, an iron, and an ironing table to shampoo, shower gel, and even a kettle with tea. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to leave my belongings there. "The location is great. There's a supermarket at the other side of the same building, very short walk to the metro and the shops on Arbat street. Plenty of eateries around, some 24hrs. The unit itself was as advertised, it was spacious and decently comfortable. The owner was really kind, as we had a bit of trouble with the lock while checking ourselves in. He quickly came and helped us. And he also sent us an extra towel the next day"

"Location is very close to arbat street ... Main city center location..2 min walkable from zibek zholy metro... supermarket is just on ground flr of same buliding was plus point. All basic things were provided on check in but no cleaning service everyday. And door of hall n bedroom was broken. Need to install non transperant glass there for privacy."
