"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The sauna was a real highlight – very relaxing and well-maintained. The location is quiet, providing a peaceful environment for rest. The rooms were comfortable, offering a good night’s sleep. While the breakfast wasn’t anything extraordinary, it was sufficient with enough variety to start the day. Overall, this is a great place for those looking for comfort and tranquility. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you appreciate a good sauna experience!"
"The early check-in fee of 40,000 tenge felt unreasonably high. The saunas, although a nice feature, were overcrowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy them. While I understand standard check-in and check-out times, given this is a local resort, it would make sense to align these times with train arrivals to help travelers avoid unnecessary expenses. A bit more customer loyalty, like free or reduced-cost early check-in, would go a long way in improving the overall experience."

Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them."
